The Coastal Physical Culture Club is a physie club started in 2011 on the Central Coast. It runs classes from Kincumber and Erina Fair. The Coastal Club’s aim is to teach girls the basics of movement with music, involving teaching the Physie syllabus in a modern and energetic way. Most of all we are dedicated to making physie FUN!!

By incorporating strength and stretching classes as well normal class, not only will the girls get a holistic exercise routine, they will also improve their Physie work.

The Coastal Physie Club is proudly sponsored by Davistown RSL...
