The Coastal Physie Club was founded on the Central Coast in 2011. We pride ourselves on being an open and friendly club at which anyone is welcome. We aim to provide an environment where we cater for both competitive and non-competitive members. With separate classes for fitness and friendship as well as performance classes for those with competition goals.
Classes start Thursday 18th February 2021
Kristen has been a Physie girl since she was 3 years old and has competed in all levels of competition.
She has been a part of many placing teams and placed individually at zone competitions making it to national titles, and has reached the final at nationals three times.
Kristen is a proud mum and Psychologist who works with children and families as her occupation. Kristen teaches the 13 years – 1st year seniors and Ladies.
Fiona has been a physie girls since she was 7.
Fiona has competed in all levels of competitions. From a young age she has been part of many placing teams and has competed at nationals as a junior and a lady.
Fiona is a proud physie mum of 2 girls and is a very passionate personal trainer running her own business.
Fiona (Miss Fee) teaches physie fairies to 8 years.
Bec has been a Physie girl since she was 3 years old and has competed as a Junior and a Lady.
She has been a part of many placing teams and has placed individually at zone competitions, making it to national titles. She has reached the final at nationals 5 times, and been lucky enough to gain 4 national places as a Novice and Intermediate lady, winning twice!
Bec is a mum to 2 and a Digital Media Designer. She teaches ages 9-12 and Novice & Intermediate Ladies.
Kristen has been a Physie girl since she was 6 years old and has competed as a Junior, Senior and Lady.
She has been part of many placing teams and has placed individually at zone comps, making it to the national titles. Kristen has made the national final in the Open Ladies section and continues to work hard to achieve her goals.
She has a background in Jazz, Modern and Contemporary dance and has choreographed routines for dance schools and special dance events.
Kristen is a mum of five and works in education. She will teach the senior girls in 2021.
Junior Associate Teacher
Mollie is The Coastal PCC’s junior associate who has been assistant teaching for The Coastal Club since 2015. Mollie is the assistant teacher for the 5 year to 8 year old age groups, and also teaches a Physie Fairies class of 3 & 4 year olds.
Mollie is a passionate and enthusiastic teacher and Physie girl who has beautiful relationships with all of her students. In 2021 Mollie is starting university and is a wonderful role model to our junior club.
Relief Assistant Associate Teacher
Alexandria has been a Physie girl since she was 3 years old and has competed in all levels of competition. She has been a part of many placing teams and has placed individually at zone competitions, making it to national titles.
Alexandria has also reached the Senior Opera House National Final twice, is a proud mum and beauty therapist, and co-founded the The Coastal Physie Club with Kristen in 2011.
Assistant Associate Teacher
Chloe has been a Physie girl since she was 3 years old and has competed at all levels of competition. Chloe has been a part of many placing teams and has placed individually many times at zone competitions. She has also competed at national levels as a junior.
Chloe is also a very passionate dancer and has been for most of her life and is embarking on new a career in the legal field.
Physie is designed for fun, fitness and friendship. We are a friendly club that is focussed on everyone’s participation and enjoyment.
Lifetime friendships often begin in a physie class or competitions. You have the opportunity to meet people from your local area, and all over the country.
Physie is designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. Our classes are enjoyable and will challenge you both physically and mentally.
